TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, shall apply exclusively to all business relationships between Verrucci Boutique and the customer. Any differing conditions of the customer shall not be recognised unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.
3.2. By clicking the “Buy” / “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping basket.
3.3. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We may accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods within two days.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in the separate cancellation policy on our website.
Please note: No restocking fees will be charged for the proper return of a product.

5. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
5.1. The prices stated on the product pages are final prices.
5.2. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address, and these will be clearly communicated during the ordering process. Customers are only charged once for shipping costs, including in the case of partial deliveries.
5.3. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases (for example customs duties or import VAT), which are not the responsibility of the seller and must be borne by the customer.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
6.1. Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered at checkout.
6.2. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. DELIVERY AND RETENTION OF TITLE
7.1. Delivery shall be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
7.2. The goods remain the property of Verrucci Boutique until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

8. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS AND WARRANTY
8.1. The statutory liability for defects shall apply.
8.2. In addition, Verrucci Boutique grants a 2-year warranty on the watch movement. Further details can be found on our warranty page. This warranty does not limit your statutory rights in relation to defects.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which can be found here:

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
